Lindsey has handled South Florida real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, for over a decade. She has a multi-faceted approach to resolving title issues because in her past experience at a large litigation firm, she was tasked with representing numerous title insurance carriers. • We worked with Mila on a pretty complex closing in 2021. The property had major issues and limitations that prevented the closure, which the seller’s agent did not disclose in a timely fashion, hence we realized we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage just before we were about to close. However, Mila made this closing happen by being extremely diligent, working closely with our mortgage broker, association board and the real estate agent from the buyer’s side. The seller’s lawyer did not do their part of this deal, but Mila pulled it off for both parties and honestly did magic. We wouldn’t have closed on this property if it wasn’t for her!

  • Mila is extremely professional and really efficient. She assisted us with a condo closing, and everything went very smoothly. It was a lengthy process, and she was there for every step of the way. I could fully rely on her for her legal expertise as a lawyer, as well as a title agent. She ensured I was well informed on all details, she was on top of things and provided a quick turn-around on sensitive aspects of this closing. I highly recommend Mila and her company to my friends and family as she is a great professional and is easy to work with!

  • Since I began working with Mila and Lindsey 8 months ago they have assisted me in over a dozen transactions that vary from flips, wholesale, commercial, and 1031 exchanges. They are the most responsive title company that I have ever worked with and go beyond the call of duty to ensure buyers and sellers needs are being met. In addition to being reliable and responsive, they have assisted me in finding buyers for several of my properties. I would recommend their services to friends and family and have peace of mind knowing that they are working with the best in the business.
